We're a small residential property developer / consultancy based in Ascot, Berkshire. When not working on our builds, we work in partnership with select property developers and investors to manage project operations and support all aspects of new builds. 

We work with your builders, architects, structural engineers, and  professional consultants to ensure each stage of your project and build process happens as you planned.  

This might include assisting with determining the financial viability of projects, supporting the discharge of pre-commencement, or pre-occupancy planning conditions, sourcing materials/suppliers, or simply overseeing build works progress for developers / investors travelling regularly, needing a trusted partner in their absence.  

Our primary focus is on new-builds and commercial to residential conversions in Surrey.   

• New build of 4 elegant ultra high-spec 3,600 square foot luxury townhouses with basement parking in Esher. 

• New build of 3 modern townhouses in close proximity to Esher High Street.  

• Commercial conversion of former Bank into 6 residential flats and high street commercial unit in Esher.

• Land sourcing new sites in Surrey.
